What is RECAP?
RECAP is a Faith-based/community and Law Enforcement partnership calling for effective intervention/response to a crime/trauma scene.
The activation is initiated by Law Enforcement Supervisors in charge of a crime scene.
Faith-based leadership plays a key role on the premise of ‘murder is a moral decision’.

to collaborate with Federal, State, and local law enforcement to replicate violence reduction in additional cities.
RECAP has potential for strategic plan convening, templates, training manuals and workshops for engaging, educating, equipping, and empowering national leaders and Police departments
RECAP’s proven strategy and unique model for execution can easily be scaled without placing increased pressure for tax payer funding.

MAY 8: Four people injured in a gang related shootout and one, a 10-year-old girl.
MAY 9: RECAP Activation and Community Response with Police
MAY 10: Detectives arrest 18 and 20 yr. old: Charges of attempted murder, battery with (firearm), conspiracy to commit murder.
