What is RECAP?
RECAP is a Faith-based/community and Law Enforcement partnership calling for effective intervention/response to a crime/trauma scene.
The activation is initiated by Law Enforcement Supervisors in charge of a crime scene.
Faith-based leadership plays a key role on the premise of ‘murder is a moral decision’.
Reduction in first year of implementation:

to collaborate with Federal, State, and local law enforcement to replicate violence reduction in additional cities.
RECAP has potential for strategic plan convening, templates, training manuals and workshops for engaging, educating, equipping, and empowering national leaders and Police departments
RECAP’s proven strategy and unique model for execution can easily be scaled without placing increased pressure for tax payer funding.

History
Activations begin 2006
Activations began in 2006 in the Bolden Area Command in a 3 square mile area with 19,800 residents through our Safe Village Initiative.
